For the purposes of these Terms, “Muzun”and “Muzunstore” refer to the same operating party, unless otherwise stated.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Muzunstore website, Request for Quote (RFQ) service, sourcing services, procurement services, quotations, and related services.
By accessing or using the Muzunstore website, submitting an RFQ, communicating with Muzunstore regarding products or services, accepting a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, subject to any mandatory rights granted to you by applicable law.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the website or our services.
1. About Muzunstore
Muzunstore is a product sourcing and procurement platform operated from Belgium.
Muzunstore helps customers identify, source, and obtain products from suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and other commercial partners, primarily in Europe and internationally.
Muzunstore may provide sourcing, procurement, quotation, coordination, and related services.
The website may display product categories, examples, descriptions, images, and other information to help customers communicate their sourcing requirements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a quotation or agreement, submitting an RFQ does not constitute a purchase and does not create a binding sales contract.
2. Our Services
Muzunstore’s services may include:
Receiving product and sourcing requests from customers.
Searching for suitable products, suppliers, manufacturers, or distributors.
Obtaining product availability and pricing information.
Comparing sourcing options where reasonably possible.
Preparing quotations based on customer requirements.
Communicating with customers regarding products, specifications, quantities, pricing, shipping, and related matters.
Facilitating the purchase or supply of products after a quotation has been accepted.
Coordinating with suppliers and logistics providers where applicable.
Muzunstore does not guarantee that a particular product, supplier, brand, specification, quantity, price, or delivery option will always be available.
Availability and final conditions are confirmed only through the applicable quotation or written order confirmation.
3. Requests for Quote (RFQ)
Customers may submit an RFQ through the website by providing information such as:
Name and contact details.
Product or item requirements.
Product category.
Quantity.
Product specifications.
Images, photographs, drawings, PDFs, or other documents.
Intended use, where relevant.
Delivery destination.
Any additional information relevant to the request.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted is accurate, complete, and sufficiently detailed for sourcing purposes.
Submitting an RFQ is a request for sourcing assistance and does not:
Guarantee that Muzunstore will provide a quotation;
Guarantee product availability;
Create an obligation for Muzunstore to purchase or supply a product; or
Create a binding purchase contract.
Muzunstore may contact the customer for clarification or additional information where necessary.
Muzunstore may refuse an RFQ that cannot reasonably, legally, safely, or commercially be fulfilled.
4. Quotations
Following an RFQ, Muzunstore may provide a quotation containing, where applicable:
Product description and specifications.
Quantity.
Product price.
Sourcing or service charges.
Shipping and delivery costs.
Taxes, VAT, duties, or other applicable charges.
Estimated delivery time.
Payment requirements.
Quotation validity period.
Other applicable conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, quotations are subject to product availability and supplier confirmation.
A quotation may contain a specific validity period. If no validity period is stated, Muzunstore may withdraw or revise the quotation before the customer accepts it.
Prices and availability may change because of supplier changes, currency fluctuations, shipping costs, taxes, duties, market conditions, or circumstances outside Muzunstore’s reasonable control.
The final price payable by the customer is the price stated in the accepted quotation or order confirmation, subject to any clearly stated subsequent adjustments permitted by applicable law or agreed between the parties.
5. Acceptance and Orders
A customer may accept a quotation by following the instructions provided by Muzunstore.
An order becomes binding when Muzunstore has confirmed the order and the applicable payment requirements have been satisfied, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where applicable, Muzunstore may require payment before purchasing or sourcing the product from the supplier.
Muzunstore reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
The requested product is unavailable.
The supplier cannot fulfil the request.
Product information or pricing was materially incorrect.
The supplier changes the price or availability before procurement is completed.
The transaction cannot be completed for legal, logistical, payment, compliance, or other legitimate reasons.
The requested product or transaction is prohibited or cannot reasonably be supplied.
The customer has provided materially incorrect or misleading information.
Where an order is cancelled by Muzunstore and the customer has already paid amounts that are legally refundable, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
6. Payment
Payment terms will be communicated in the applicable quotation, payment request, or order confirmation.
Muzunstore may use third-party payment providers to process payments.
Where payment is required following acceptance of a quotation, the customer must complete payment using the payment method and within the time specified by Muzunstore.
An order may not be processed until the required payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Muzunstore does not require customers to use a shopping cart unless a particular product or service is expressly offered through such a system.
Where payment processing is provided by a third-party payment provider, that provider may apply its own terms, conditions, verification procedures, and payment-security requirements.
7. Prices, VAT, Taxes, Customs and Duties
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices quoted by Muzunstore may include or exclude VAT, shipping, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges depending on the specific quotation and destination.
The quotation will indicate, where reasonably possible, which costs are included in the quoted price.
Depending on the destination and nature of the transaction, additional costs may include:
VAT or other applicable taxes.
Import duties.
Customs charges.
Customs clearance fees.
Shipping or handling charges.
Destination-related charges.
Other governmental or carrier charges.
For international shipments, customs requirements, import restrictions, taxes, and duties may vary by destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the quotation, the customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery and customs information and for paying any taxes, duties, customs charges, or governmental fees legally payable by the customer.
Muzunstore is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or inability to import a product resulting from incorrect information, import restrictions, customs requirements, or actions of governmental authorities.
8. Product Availability and Supplier Information
Muzunstore works with third-party suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, logistics providers, and other sourcing partners.
Product availability, specifications, packaging, dimensions, colours, branding, country of origin, lead times, and other characteristics may change before an order is confirmed.
Where information is provided by a supplier or other third party, Muzunstore will use reasonable efforts to communicate relevant information accurately.
However, Muzunstore cannot guarantee that third-party information will always be complete, current, or error-free.
If a supplier becomes unable to provide a requested product, Muzunstore may, where reasonably possible, propose an alternative product or supplier.
Any alternative will be subject to the customer’s approval where the alternative materially differs from the originally quoted product.
9. Product Images and Descriptions
Images displayed on the Muzunstore website may be illustrative, representative, promotional, or supplied by third parties.
Actual products may differ slightly in appearance, packaging, colour, labelling, or other characteristics.
Customers should rely on the final quotation and confirmed product specifications rather than website images alone.
Where a product requires specific technical, dimensional, material, compatibility, certification, or performance requirements, customers are responsible for communicating those requirements clearly before accepting a quotation.
Muzunstore is not responsible for a customer’s failure to communicate a material product requirement before accepting an order.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery arrangements will depend on the specific quotation, destination, product, supplier, carrier, and applicable delivery terms.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed unless a specific delivery commitment is expressly agreed in writing and is legally permissible.
Delivery may be affected by:
Supplier processing times.
Product availability.
Customs procedures.
Carrier delays.
Weather or transportation disruptions.
Government restrictions.
International logistics conditions.
Force majeure events.
Other circumstances outside Muzunstore’s reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including the recipient’s name, address, telephone number, and other information reasonably required for delivery.
Muzunstore is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect customer information, failure to accept delivery, customs procedures, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside Muzunstore’s reasonable control.
Where a shipment is lost, damaged, or delayed, Muzunstore will use reasonable efforts to communicate with the relevant carrier or supplier and assist the customer in pursuing an applicable claim.
The customer’s statutory rights are not affected by this provision.
11. Returns, Right of Withdrawal, Refunds and Cancellations
11.1 Consumer customers
Where the customer is a consumer and applicable law grants a statutory right of withdrawal, that right remains applicable and is not excluded by these Terms & Conditions.
Where Belgian or other applicable consumer law applies to a distance contract, the consumer may generally have a 14-calendar-day withdrawal period, subject to statutory exceptions and conditions.
Muzunstore will provide information required by applicable law concerning the right of withdrawal and, where required, a model withdrawal form.
11.2 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in certain circumstances provided by law.
Depending on the transaction, examples may include:
Goods made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Certain goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons after unsealing.
Certain goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Certain services that have been fully performed with the consumer’s prior express request and acknowledgement of the consequences where required by law.
Other statutory exceptions applicable to the specific transaction.
The applicable exception will depend on the actual product or service and the circumstances of the order.
11.3 Customer cancellation after procurement has started
Once a quotation has been accepted and Muzunstore has begun carrying out the customer’s order, including sourcing, purchasing, preparation, customisation, payment to a supplier, shipping, or other procurement activities, cancellation may result in costs that Muzunstore cannot recover.
Where the customer cancels an order outside any applicable statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory cancellation right, the customer may be responsible for
reasonable and documented costs actually incurred by Muzunstore as a result of the cancellation,
including, where applicable:
Product costs already paid to a supplier.
Supplier cancellation or restocking charges.
Shipping and transportation costs.
Return shipping costs.
Customs or clearance charges.
Payment or transaction charges that are non-refundable.
Other third-party costs that cannot reasonably be recovered.
Reasonable sourcing, procurement, administrative, or processing charges for work already performed.
Muzunstore will not charge a fixed penalty solely for the purpose of punishing the customer.
Any amount charged under this section will be limited to reasonable costs and losses actually incurred and will be subject to applicable law.
Where possible, Muzunstore will provide the customer with an explanation or reasonable documentation of the applicable non-refundable costs.
11.4 Cancellation after shipment
If a customer refuses to accept a shipment, instructs the carrier to return the shipment, or otherwise causes a shipment to be returned after the order has been purchased and shipped, the customer may be responsible, where legally permitted, for the reasonable non-refundable costs resulting from the refusal or return.
Such costs may include:
Original shipping costs that are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs.
Customs or clearance costs.
Supplier charges.
Storage charges.
Other reasonable third-party costs caused by the customer’s refusal or cancellation.
This section does not limit any statutory consumer rights that legally apply to the transaction.
11.5 Returns after a valid statutory withdrawal
Where a consumer validly exercises a statutory right of withdrawal, Muzunstore will process the return and refund in accordance with applicable law.
Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by Muzunstore, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning goods where the customer has been properly informed of this obligation before the contract was concluded.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or permitted by law.
Muzunstore may withhold a refund until the returned goods have been received or the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been returned, where permitted by applicable law.
11.6 Orders where no statutory withdrawal right applies
For orders where no statutory right of withdrawal applies, cancellation or return will depend on the quotation, order conditions, supplier conditions, product characteristics, and applicable law.
Cancellation may not be possible after a product has been specially sourced, purchased, customised, prepared, or shipped, particularly where the product is made to order or otherwise falls within a statutory exception.
Where a cancellation is possible, any applicable refund or reasonable non-refundable costs will be communicated to the customer.
11.7 Damaged, defective or incorrect products
Customers should contact Muzunstore as soon as reasonably possible if they receive a product that is:
Damaged;
Incorrect;
Defective;
Missing essential components; or
Materially different from the confirmed order.
Customers should provide relevant evidence, such as photographs, videos, packaging information, delivery documentation, or other information reasonably requested by Muzunstore.
Muzunstore will assess the issue and, where appropriate, coordinate with the supplier or carrier to seek an appropriate remedy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory statutory consumer guarantee or other legal remedy.
12. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Provide accurate delivery and contact details.
Clearly communicate product specifications and requirements.
Ensure that requested products are legally permitted for import, use, or resale in the destination country where applicable.
Provide documents or information reasonably required to process an RFQ or order.
Use the website lawfully.
Not submit fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unlawful requests.
Not use Muzunstore to request prohibited goods or services.
Comply with applicable import, customs, licensing, certification, and regulatory requirements applicable to the customer’s intended use of the product.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended use and whether permits, certifications, licences, registrations, or other regulatory requirements apply in their country.
13. Prohibited Products and Transactions
Muzunstore may refuse or cancel requests involving products or transactions that are:
Illegal.
Restricted.
Unsafe.
Prohibited by applicable law.
Subject to requirements that cannot reasonably be satisfied.
Inconsistent with payment-provider, logistics, supplier, or compliance requirements.
Otherwise unsuitable for Muzunstore’s services.
Muzunstore may also refuse a transaction where fulfilling the request could create significant legal, regulatory, payment, logistical, safety, or compliance risks.
14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Muzunstore website, including its branding, logo, text, graphics, design, layout, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Muzunstore and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially exploit Muzunstore’s original content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Product names, trademarks, logos, images, designs, and other intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Muzunstore does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property displayed for product identification or sourcing purposes.
15. Third-Party Suppliers and Services
Muzunstore may work with third-party:
Suppliers.
Manufacturers.
Distributors.
Retailers.
Logistics providers.
Payment providers.
Technology providers.
Customs or clearance providers.
Other service providers.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
Muzunstore will use reasonable efforts to coordinate relevant third-party services but is not responsible for matters solely within the control of an independent third party, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Where applicable, statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
16. Website Availability and Accuracy
Muzunstore aims to keep its website available and information reasonably accurate.
However, Muzunstore does not guarantee that the website will always be:
Available;
Uninterrupted;
Secure;
Error-free; or
Free from technical problems.
Information may be changed, updated, corrected, or removed without notice.
Website information, product examples, images, prices, availability, and estimated delivery times may not always reflect the latest supplier information.
The final quotation and confirmed order documentation take precedence over general website information where there is a discrepancy.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Muzunstore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of the website or services.
Muzunstore shall not be responsible for losses caused solely by:
Incorrect information provided by the customer.
Customer misuse of a product.
Failure to communicate required product specifications.
Customs restrictions or governmental action.
Carrier or supplier failures outside Muzunstore’s reasonable control.
Events of force majeure.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or reduces mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees, or other protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
18. Force Majeure
Muzunstore shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
Natural disasters.
War.
Civil unrest.
Strikes.
Epidemics or pandemics.
Government actions.
Customs restrictions.
Transportation disruptions.
Supplier failures.
Telecommunications failures.
Power outages.
Cyber incidents.
Major technical failures.
Other events beyond Muzunstore’s reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, Muzunstore will inform the customer of material delays caused by such circumstances.
19. Privacy
Muzunstore processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
By using the website and submitting an RFQ, customers acknowledge that their information may be processed as necessary to:
Respond to their request.
Communicate with them.
Source products.
Obtain quotations.
Process orders.
Arrange delivery.
Provide customer support.
Comply with legal obligations.

20. Cookies and Similar Technologies

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to Muzunstore’s operating entity in Belgium, subject to any mandatory laws that may apply to the customer or transaction.
Where legally permitted, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable under Belgian law.
Nothing in this section removes or restricts any mandatory rights or protections that a consumer may have under applicable law.
23. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint regarding an RFQ, quotation, order, product, delivery, payment, or service, please contact Muzunstore first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
Muzunstore will review complaints and, where appropriate, communicate with the relevant supplier, carrier, or service provider.
Customers retain any mandatory statutory rights to use applicable complaint, mediation, alternative dispute resolution, or other legal mechanisms available under applicable law.
24.Product Origin, Manufacturing, Suppliers, Brands and Product Information
Muzun sources products primarily from trusted suppliers located in Europe and, wherever reasonably possible, gives preference to products that are manufactured in Europe and that meet the customer’s requested specifications and requirements.
However, the location of the supplier, the country from which a product is supplied or shipped, the country in which a product is manufactured, the product’s country of origin, and the country of origin of a brand are not necessarily the same. A product supplied by a European supplier may, in certain cases, be manufactured in a country outside Europe.
Where suitable and relevant to the customer’s requirements, Muzun may also source products manufactured outside Europe when such products are offered by trusted suppliers and meet the applicable product specifications, quality requirements, certifications or standards relevant to the product. References to European specifications, standards, certifications or quality requirements are made only where such information is supported by the available product or supplier documentation.
Information relating to the manufacturer, country of manufacture, country of origin, supplier location, shipping or supply location, brand, model, specifications, certifications and other product characteristics is based on information available from the supplier, manufacturer or other relevant documentation and may vary between products, models, versions or production batches.
Muzun does not represent or guarantee that every product supplied through its sourcing service is manufactured in Europe. Where the country of manufacture or origin is material to the customer’s purchase, import, customs clearance, regulatory compliance or other requirements, Muzun may request or provide the relevant information or supporting documentation as part of the quotation and sourcing process, where available.
Product names, brand names, trademarks, logos and other intellectual property shown on the Muzun website, social media channels, quotations or other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Such names and marks are used solely for identification and description of the relevant products or brands, and do not by themselves imply that Muzun is the manufacturer, owner, distributor, authorised representative, or affiliated company of any such brand unless expressly stated.
Product images, descriptions, specifications, availability and other information are provided for identification and sourcing purposes and may be updated, changed or corrected when new or more accurate information becomes available. The final product specifications, availability, manufacturer, origin information and other material details applicable to a particular order will be confirmed, where relevant, in the quotation or other order documentation provided to the customer.

26. Agreement

Muzunstore reserves the right to apply the terms and conditions specifically stated in an accepted quotation or order confirmation where those terms supplement or clarify these Terms & Conditions.
