Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) 7-12 Business Days Express Courier <\/span>MENA 12-18 Business Days Standard International <\/span>14-21 Business Days Standard International Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the UK and destination country.<\/span><\/p>\n

                Products Damaged by Courier During Shipping:<\/span><\/p>\n

                If your package arrives damaged due to courier mishandling:<\/span><\/p>\n

                    9. Products Damaged by Customer – NOT RETURNABLE<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

                    IMPORTANT – NO RETURNS FOR CUSTOMER DAMAGE:<\/span><\/p>\n

                    Muzun Store cannot accept returns for:<\/span><\/p>\n

                      Products damaged by the customer after delivery<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      Products opened, used, or tested by the customer<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      Products with tampered or damaged packaging due to customer handling<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      Cosmetics\/beauty products that have been used or applied<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      Products where seals have been broken<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      Reason: For health and safety reasons, cosmetics and beauty products cannot be restocked or resold if seals are broken or products have been opened.<\/span><\/p>\n

                      Upon Receipt: When you receive your order, inspect it immediately in the presence of the delivery person if possible. If you notice damage:<\/span><\/p>\n

                              12. Defective Products<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

                              If you receive a product that is defective due to manufacturing error (not customer damage):<\/span><\/p>\n

                              2. We will assess the claim<\/span><\/p>\n

                              3. If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion<\/span><\/p>\n

                              4. Return shipping will be covered by Muzun Store<\/span><\/p>\n

                              13. Address Changes<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

                              After Order is Placed: If you need to change the delivery address, contact us immediately (within 24 hours of placing the order). Depending on processing status, we <\/span>may be able to update the address at no extra cost.<\/span><\/p>\n

                              After Order Shipped: Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once the package has been picked up by the courier. You may contact the courier directly to <\/span>arrange redirection if available.<\/span><\/p>\n
